203K & HOMESTYLE LOAN CONSULTING SERVICES INFORMATION
The 203K / HomeStyle Consulting fees include the initial compliance inspection, consulting services, and documentation typically provided for your 203K or HomeStyle rehab loan. The Consulting Fees are due in full at the time of initial inspection. The fees for your project are individually priced based the HUD Allowable Fee schedule as a guideline. Should after review of the property the costs may be different and/or require additional services and we can adjust the cost accordingly to fit your needs.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due at the time of inspection and must be made via personal check or money order as you are typically allowed to be reimbursed for the 203K Consulting fee, and you will need the cancelled check and my paid invoice as proof of payment at closing.

and The International Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors.
